Near the historic city center of Loro Piceno, in Macerata, a recent building project has recovered and
renewed the Villa Anitori, an historic building complex of the surrounding territories, consisting of a large parkland and two buildings, dating back to 800’.
According to the wishes of the client, the intervention included the renovation of the entire area into a Hotel Relais for the entertainment and the restaurant activities with restaurant SPA, swimming pool and hotel rooms.
The project developed by the architectural firm Iommi Architects, provided a whole solution made by restoration activities and new constructions , enhancing the architecture and the existing environment and introducing new volumes, new spaces and new functions.
The project provided a systematic set of works ranging from maintenance to the renovation and enlargment.
