Ramblas del Plata is a mixed-use urban masterplan in Buenos Aires, Argentina, inspired by the symbolic "urban corner," deeply rooted in local culture. Extending 1.4 km along the waterfront facing an ecological reserve, it strategically integrates residential, commercial, cultural, and recreational uses. Through modular flexibility, stepped volumes, and vibrant public spaces, the project reconnects the city with its coastline, creating a sustainable, dynamic urban fabric that enriches community life and enhances everyday urban experiences.
