The complex is developed at the east limit of the housing development Valdecabañas, where the east part offers the best views to the Encinar de Boadilla. 14 single-family homes, integrated and private, of a careful and exclusive architectural design in a consolidated natural environment.
The main objective is to create a uniformed integrated architectural set with a typology of single-familiy houses, where all the program is developed on one floor in such a way that it doesn't get invasive and blends with the rest.
Each homes consists of a large ground floor. Very comfortable in its inside communication and its direct communication with the exterior garden.
A spacious and bright lobby shows the garden, porches and swimming pool, dividing the houses into day zone, with large rooms and kitchen and an intimate and independent night zone open to the private gardens.
The ground floor is a large car park, with service area and facilities and also bright and ventilated opens spaces, with the flexibility of the program.
