Designed to be a landmark Head Office Tower situated in the highly visible diplomatic enclave on Cowrie Creek, Victoria Island, overlooking Lagos CBD in the distance. The Building will produce 12000m² of prime A+ grade office space with a full bouquet of amenities. The project was conceived on the remainder of a site already owned by the client group. The site’s geometry and legalities around ownership had significant implications, creating a highly challenging site geometry and set of restrictive building conditions within which the design had to be configured. The current build has been designed as part of a full site development masterplan with a 20 year outlook in which the current existing premises will make way for a continued expansion of the current campus role out. The scheme seeks to engage with the growing iconic status of inhabitants along this prestigious Creek. The Building will achieve a 4-Star Green Star rating but is aiming to achieve a 5-Star with its completion. The Project is due for completion in August of 2023
