The project is located in a small area with a gorgeous view and a steep slope near Moscow city. The house is located on the perimeter of the site and protects from neighbors on three sides. Fourth, south side, allows the sun to illuminate the courtyard, which has formed in the center.
The northern part of the house is raised from the ground. It`s open up the main room and kitchen for a view on the forest and the river. Also it saves space under the house. This idea has helped to arrange a big house in a small area. We have kept most natural landscape and created a large courtyard.
Also we were able to insert a large house in the countryside and from the entrance it looks small, the client liked it.
The main material is concrete and glass house. Schematically, the main area is located on the first floor, an intimate zone in the second and the pool is on the ground floor.
