Prince Hotel
A hotel expansion is proposed, as well as a new multiple-height lobby
articulating the new and old sections and the façade refurbishment.
The expansion takes great advantage of and adjacent lot area for the
development of luxury rooms. The new lobby enables to display the
inside of the hotel, as well as the vertical circulations, and has a water
fall as visual focus.
The entire façade is integrated with the same treatment and a great
base joining the two stages is created.
