The country house with a sauna complex is created in a modern style with elements of "barnhouse". It advantageously combines a folded gable roof, long cubic volumes, stone in the decoration and stained glass glazing.
The peculiarity of the site is a strong relief drop, more than 4 meters, for this reason we approached the planning solutions outside the box, a truly multi-level object was created. One of the main ideas is the separation of the functional flows of a residential building and a bath complex, as well as the formation of an internal secluded courtyard space that allows you to connect all the zones into a single ensemble.
On the first level of the residential building there is a block with auxiliary rooms, which is accessed from the courtyard. Another important compositional element is a full-fledged sauna complex with a large comfortable recreation area, a swimming pool and a wood-burning sauna.
