The house is designed in a modern style and is the embodiment of the aesthetics of minimalism. The combination of textures of plaster, stone and wood patterns creates a sense of unity and harmony with nature.
In the layout, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, every piece is subordinated to the concept of comfort and functionality.
The planning solution of the first floor represents the connectivity of the main functional spaces. The entrance area is equipped with a spacious dressing room and a bathroom, as well as a pantry located between the corridor and the kitchen. From the garage for two cars there is access to the house and to the boiler room.
In the center of the interior space of the house there are open–plan rooms - a kitchen and a living-dining room, with access to a huge terrace where you can comfortably sit at any time of the year. From the dining area there is a picturesque view of the main vertical connection of the house – the staircase, under the steps of which the passage to the secluded study-guest room is hidden.
The second light above the living room allows you to create a brighter and more voluminous space.
One of the main ideas of the villa is its own SPA-block with a sauna, shower and a relaxation area with a swimming pool, which will allow the owners to relax and retire as much as possible.
On the second floor there are two cozy bedrooms with separate dressing rooms and a shared bathroom, as well as a laundry room and a large hall.
A number of unusual solutions were implemented in the master bedroom: the separation of dressing rooms into men's and women's, a huge bathroom with a sauna, as well as access to a terrace for relaxation (an exploited roof).
An important aspect in the design of this villa is the issue of natural lighting, all significant rooms are equipped with large stained glass windows in the floor, which visually expands the space and allows you to feel freedom and tranquility.
