With a significant growth of business in recent years, Pocono Ambulatory Surgery Center needed substantial help in expanding their existing facility. The first problem was to overcome a long, narrow and difficult site. The program initially called for an addition with three (3) Class ‘C’ operatories, recovery areas with patient beds and nurses stations along with the required exam rooms and typical support spaces. A sheltered patient drop off and pick up area was also required.
