West Silvertown Place is situated within close proximity to the River Thames, the Royal Victoria Dock, and Thames Barrier Park. This area is currently experiencing extensive redevelopment, positioning it as one of London’s foremost locations for regeneration.
The project is primarily residential and will feature three buildings with heights varying from 2 to 9 storeys, along with two exclusive communal courtyards. These additions aim to enhance the local environment along North Woolwich Road, boosting both biodiversity and urban green spaces.
Our team was asked to produce a series of architectural visualizations to support the planning application of West Silvertown Place. Our aim was to create detailed photomontages that showcase the site’s transformation and present the project within its urban context. These visuals highlight the integration of new green spaces, communal courtyards, and significant landscaping improvements, including new tree planting and public realm enhancements along North Woolwich Road. We also emphasized the development’s increased urban greenery and biodiversity, illustrating how the project will contribute to a more sustainable and connected community, while seamlessly integrating the newly designed cycle lane to enhance local infrastructure.
