Our team was commissioned to produce a series of CGIs to support the planning application and provide a comprehensive visualization of Canningford House and its surrounding context.

We developed both day and night CGIs of the pedestrian walkway, highlighting the striking arch-like fins and vibrant lighting scheme that enhances its aesthetic appeal after sunset.

The Cornubia Walk CGI focuses on the iconic Cornubia pub, demonstrating how the new development seamlessly integrates into the existing urban landscape.

In addition, we created an aerial CGI to present a complete view of the project and its connectivity to the surrounding neighborhood. These visualizations have been crucial in showcasing the development’s impact, emphasizing how it will enhance pedestrian movement and contribute to the architectural interest of the area.
