In 2011, I made the restaurant Pizza 4P’s.
In accordance with the development of the restaurant, expanded as a bar into next door in 2012,
Then this time, expanded to another side of the existing one.
Made the new kitchen, the customer seats, the private dining room, also the outside terrace seats.
As a result, I could get valuable experiences designing for the one restaurant in long term, 2 years and a half in total.
Had difficulty more in lining up the new work right next to my own past work, than from a scratch.
I tried to be consistent with what I thought in the past,
At the same time I tried to present what I could do now through some experiences.

Removed the wall between the existing and the expansion area, and those became one.
While leaving some commonality with the existing area in materials and colors,
I also tried new ways of using materials, and placing of bold shapes,
Aiming to make the interior to suit the restaurant, which has been continuing to develop.
When I was thinking about the concept, trying to follow the value this restaurant has,
Then I came up with the word 'organic’.
It is like; accumulated handwork appearing in surface as the finishing even sometimes including small irregular can give depth to the space.
It would become the space that has the tenderness that snuggles up to the people, I considered.

The client requested for a private dining room, which is adjustable for a small business meeting to a big party.
The idea came to my mind, to make an eye-catch, which is looked up from the alley,
So removed the existing exterior straight wall, and made the half round shaped room jut out, it became the backbone of the design.
To create the private dining room, the table is very important as well.
A normal square table for 2 people, is good for general versatility they say,
But I thought it would be better to make the space only for the group in the room, so they can feel it special.
To maximize the attractiveness of the room as a private, rather than deal with various scenes,
I came to the idea, setting one big table and the people are seated around it.
I chose wooden boards as finishing which I have not used ever in any other rooms in this restaurant,
And the pitched ceiling toward center to emphasize the space of closed space as the private room.
