Karv One Design reimagined the 2,000-square-meter global headquarters of Pinwell as a hybrid workplace and immersive brand experience, where office functions, product exhibition, and lifestyle converge into a single spatial narrative. Rather than treating the showroom as a static display, the project transforms it into a living environment that communicates the values of contemporary workspace design.
Inspired by the concept of "Tech-Zen," the design explores the balance between advanced technology and human warmth. Cinematic spatial sequences, sculptural geometric forms, and carefully orchestrated circulation create a journey that encourages discovery while blurring the boundaries between working, meeting, exhibiting, and social interaction.
As Pinwell represents multiple international furniture and material brands—including Steelcase, EGGER, CLEAF, Walter Knoll, Waldmann, and Hunter Douglas—the project responds to the challenge of presenting diverse products within a unified architectural language. Each brand is given an independent identity while remaining part of a cohesive spatial experience, allowing visitors to engage with materials through light, texture, movement, and everyday scenarios rather than conventional retail displays.
Flexibility is embedded throughout the headquarters. Open collaboration areas, multifunctional event spaces, immersive meeting rooms, and a futuristic tea room allow the environment to continuously adapt to exhibitions, presentations, workshops, and daily work. Instead of fixed workstations, the office becomes an editable landscape that supports creativity, communication, and evolving modes of collaboration.
More than a corporate headquarters, the project proposes a new typology for workplace design—one that integrates brand storytelling, experiential exhibition, and human-centered working environments into a dynamic destination where business, culture, and innovation coexist.
