Karv One Design | Estoril Court is a 3,347 sq ft private residence located in Hong Kong's Mid-Levels, overlooking both Victoria Harbour and Victoria Peak. Designed for a young family of four, the project transforms a 40-year-old apartment into a timeless home that reflects its owners' lifestyle rather than contemporary design trends.

Working within the constraints of the existing structure, the design carefully reorganizes circulation, spatial proportions and the relationship between interior spaces and panoramic views. Large living areas are oriented toward the skyline, while an open study, defined by an arched steel partition, maintains visual connection between work and family life. Curved architectural details, bespoke cabinetry and concealed storage create a calm and uncluttered environment, where every element serves both functional and emotional purposes.

Natural stone, timber, handcrafted finishes, leather and soft neutral tones are layered with carefully selected furnishings to achieve a refined yet understated atmosphere. Lighting and smart home systems are integrated to support different moments throughout the day, enhancing comfort rather than becoming a visual feature. Throughout the residence, the design prioritizes warmth, longevity and authenticity, redefining luxury as a personal expression shaped by family, memory and everyday living instead of ornament or fashion.
