The project comprised a fit-out of two floors of a new office building. Two spiral stairs and a catering kitchen, with dedicated ventilation plant, were added to the infrastructure of the accommodation. The office then comprised workspace for over 220 people in open plan and cellular spaces, 15 meeting rooms, a restaurant, reception and waiting spaces, Comms, IT build, post and other support spaces. Bespoke joinery, technology integrated into desk tops, integrated audio visual facilities including a 16 panel linked plasma wall for large group presentations and entertainments, electronically operated privacy glazing, logo embossed polished plaster, natural stone and timbers were features of this high quality scheme.
