The interior of elite apartments should correspond to the status of their owners.
Elite interior design of an 80 square meters apartment in the 24-storey residential complex “Litsa” in Moscow is made taking into account the taste preferences of the customers.
The joint design project of the elite apartment, developed by the team of authors, provides a stylish and memorable solution of each room. The unified space of the kitchen and living room is made in laconic muted colors. Smooth surfaces of equipment, furniture and wall panels are enlivened by unique chandeliers, bright posters and sofa cushions. A comfortable shell chair adds a special charm to the lounge area. L-shaped sofa disposes to socializing. The round coffee table is a light accent on the dark blue floor carpet. The asymmetrically positioned TV screen is balanced by a tall indoor plant in a floor vase.
Elite apartment design in Moscow implies a non-standard approach to the design of rooms. A bedroom with mezzanines and a large window looks very original. A wide tabletop is convenient for working at the computer. Built-in cabinets do not clutter the space. A certain contrast is created by the combination of different textures of finishing materials: plain cladding, volumetric 3D-panel and fleecy carpet. A soft sofa decorated with geometric patterned cushions is placed under the mezzanine. Blinds over the window-panorama allow to regulate the lightness of the room.
The bathrooms deserve special attention. The light and airy background of the shower room is emphasized by the warm wood finish of some elements. A spectacular hexagonal pattern enhances the overall impression. A complete contrast to the shower room is created by the bathroom. An active black and white scheme is diluted by gradient tiling.
In all rooms, suspended ceilings are complemented by original lighting fixtures. Multifunctional suspended shelves and built-in furniture allow compact organization of living space. Large areas of glazing make the apartment bright and cozy.
