The project of the house is made in a modern style with elements of "hi-tech".
Warm natural colour shades complement the rather strict straight shapes.
The facade decoration combines three types of materials: concrete, wood and seam. The texture of concrete looks minimalistic and natural, it is harmoniously complemented by finishing elements.
The wooden closed sliding shutters completely change the architectural appearance of the facades, the house looks dynamic and more intimate while they are closed.
The abundance of glass elements visually blurs the lines between the street and the house, increases the interior space.
The planning solution is thought out from the point of view of comfort and functionality.
The basis of the architectural concept of the house is the console, which serves as a canopy for the main entrance to the house. There is a parking space for two cars under it.
We get into the house through the vestibule, from which there is quick access to the workshop room, as well as to the staircase hall.
The main compositional element of the first floor is the kitchen-living room. There is an exit to the terrace, where you can comfortably settle down at any time of the year. Due to the frameless glazing system, the line between internal and external space is erased, and we do not leave the feeling of unity with nature.
Also on the ground floor there is a master block with a dressing room and a bathroom. Access to the technical rooms is through a separate hall.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a guest room, a shared dressing room and a block of bathrooms.
Another advantage of this project is a spacious operational roof (80,94m2), fenced with glass panels with panoramic views of the picturesque area outside.
