Located alongside a busy road and with a particular shape, the plot strongly influenced the setting-up and the volumetry of the project.
The ground floor turns its back to the road and its L shape defines a protected secluded space for the garden and the terrace. Slightly heightened from the ground level, it so can take advantage of a clear lake view towards south west.
The rooms are located on the upper floor and all benefit from an optimal south facing orientation and access to a generous terrace on top of the living. All the secondary spaces are located north in order to preserve the best orientations and light for the main spaces.
The facades are discreet in order to blend in the neighborhood and show very large openings where privacy and view is guaranteed while being very shut next to the road and the entrance.
