Redefining Modern Living
BAAN PB is a two-storey modern residence in a refined white and grey palette, designed with the intention of merging structure and architecture into one cohesive form. Every element is proportioned and composed to achieve both visual clarity and functional performance.
With the main façade facing south, climatic responsiveness played a key role in the design. The upper floor projects beyond the lower level, creating a built-in shading device that reduces heat gain while adding depth and identity to the façade. A double-volume entrance space with skylight enhances natural light and spatial openness.
The house is organized around a central double-space living hall, which serves as the heart of the home. Surrounding functions—including five bedrooms and a private workspace—are arranged to maintain privacy while allowing visual connectivity between levels.
A defining feature of the project is the integration of a linear koi pond extending from the front boundary into a private courtyard. Positioned beside the dining area and complemented by greenery and a concealed waterfall, it brings natural light, tranquility, and a seamless indoor–outdoor connection.
BAAN PB reflects a carefully composed architectural vision—where space, nature, and lifestyle are thoughtfully unified.
