The project is for Radisson Hotel group to complete a 130 key Park Inn in the CBD of Lusaka. The project is being funded through the Zambian Pension Fund. The hotel is conceived in a new African context branding concept focusing the interior concepts on a more localised aesthetic. The hotel is situated adjacent a new Shopping Centre currently in construction and due for completion shortly being developed by the same construction team.
