The High School of Panyaden International School is an upgraded version of the previous stages, i.e. Kindergarten and Primary School. The main construction materials are bamboo and earth, the 2-atorey buildings have a reinforced concrete skeleton to comply with the building codes. The bamboo entrance tunnel is equipped with advanced facial recognition system that also checks temperature and mask and leads to the core classroom village of the secondary school. 3 2-storey buildings are facing a common courtyard and are connected with bamboo bridges. All classrooms have the most modern cooling and air-cleaning system so in times of high air pollution the classroom air is still in the green AQI zone. Around this core student village are the specialty buildings, namely music center, science and art buildings. Passing through the latter ones the school continues to the library and the sports and football areas, followed by the canteen.
The design is inspired by the location, available space, function and flowing organic forms absorbed from nature. The atmosphere created is one of fun, calm and connection to the present space. A combination of nature and technology and modern design.
