The Îlot Panhard global redevelopment project comprises two extensions. The northern extension now accommodates additional premises for AREP, the premises of the charity La Mie de Pain, already located on the site, and a new day nursery.
The new brick façade follows the same building line as the historic façade and echoes the pilaster layout and materials. A metal ‘container’ placed on top of the factory is a technical and sophisticated extension and contrasts with the saw-tooth design that covers the building.
