PAK Headquarter is the architectural office headquarters of PAK Architects, marking an important milestone in the firm’s journey of growth, expansion, and the refinement of its working environment. The project is not only a place where daily professional activities take place, but also a space that clearly expresses the design spirit, working culture, and architectural philosophy pursued by PAK.
The project was renovated from two adjacent semi-detached houses. Instead of maintaining the original separated structure, PAK chose to connect the two volumes, creating a more continuous, open, and flexible spatial whole. At the center of the building, an area is intentionally reserved for greenery, water, and natural light. Surrounding this green core are work areas, meeting rooms, spaces for team discussion, and shared communal zones, forming a natural connection between people, work, and the environment.
The decision to dedicate a significant portion of the area to the central garden is not only a spatial planning strategy, but also a reflection of PAK’s consistent design philosophy: architecture should create a balance between functional efficiency and quality of life. Greenery, water, and light become essential elements that help regulate the microclimate, soften the working environment, and bring a sense of calm and relaxation to the daily rhythm of an architectural office.
PAK Headquarter is therefore not merely an office headquarters, but a statement on how PAK envisions the contemporary workplace: more open, greener, more connected, and centered around human experience. The project is a place that nurtures creativity, encourages dialogue, and at the same time expresses a spirit of connection with nature within the very working environment of the PAK team.
