The design concept focuses on creating an elegant, calming, and modern environment that emphasizes professionalism and comfort. The clinic features clean lines, minimalist forms, and natural-toned materials. Neutral colors—such as gray and white textured paint—are paired with warm wood accents to create an exclusive and inviting atmosphere. Curved elements and sharp angles are applied to the building’s form to produce a dynamic and aesthetic impression, reflecting the identity of a contemporary beauty clinic. Ample natural light enters through large windows, while soft artificial lighting, distributed evenly through LED strips, enhances the sense of tranquility.
Throughout the planning and execution of the beauty and dental clinic, several significant challenges were encountered. The contoured land, irregular plot shape, and its position among commercial shophouses required multiple design adjustments and revisions. The Ozthetiqa & Q Dental Clinic project also needed to comply with strict regulations and standards related to safety, hygiene, and clinical operations. Meeting these requirements often demanded complex revisions and extended coordination time. Efficiently organizing the spatial layout within a building characterized by curved and pointed forms, while ensuring interior design consistency with the architectural shape, was another major challenge.
Natural materials and neutral colors—such as gray and white textured finishes combined with warm wood accents—were used to reinforce the clinic’s exclusive and modern character.
