Like a recently landed spaceship, NORD’s first independent building project, the House of Sciences, stands alone on a bare field in the periphery of the small town of Bjerringbro in West Denmark.
Multi-functional and complex, this new building aspires to become a hub for learning and research in experimental teaching of the disciplines of natural sciences.
Transforming the site of an ancient moraine landscape into an experimental space where various aspects and actors join forces, in creating the future of Danish teaching and research in the natural scientific disciplines.
