This new orthodontics facility is shaped by its function and its environment. Three circles or loops of flow (patient, consultation, and staff) drove the design. We worked to innovate and improve the mom and patient experience by blurring the line between building and nature through direct connections of interior and exterior spaces and daylighting. Interior design focused on youth and mothers. The lobby features a combined fireplace and water feature. Many custom casework pieces are featured throughout the project from the concierge station to operatory partitions. Each consultation room has a unique design featuring different wall coverings, furniture, and artwork. The second floor houses the back of house staff space and offices. A rooftop patio and daylighting make this an enjoyable place to work.
