Refurbishment of the new office/headquarters of a construction company.
The reduced area (43m2) includes a waiting room, a pantry, two workplaces, a meeting room and an extensive filing/storage area.
To design the new Office/Headquarters of a Construction Company was a big challenge, since the program was very ambitious for the tiny available space.
In just 43m2 we had to create an entrance hall apart from the office itself, a back-office/pantry, two workplaces, a meeting room and an extensive filing/storage area.
Since the entrance was so small, the black colour was chosen in order to create a more intimate space, where you lose the notion of the boundaries.
The walls were filled with white cabinets in order to store a lot of documents and paper so familiar to this kind of activity.
A black hanging cabinet separates the meeting room from the working area creating as well a sort of balance with the black coloured entrance hall.
