The office builing sets a self-confident course in this rather underdeveloped area. The building opens up to the public transportation along the bridge and creates additional space for the public.The large size of the office building refers to the undifferentiated surrounding area and is aligned to all sides of the plot. The volume sets a new urban course in this area. Inner courtyards and a roof terrace compensate the missing places for recreation outside the building. The entrance opens up towards the bridge and public traffic.A generic basic grid structures the interior of the building efficiently. Prominent metal stripes trace the exterior carcass while the box-cuts (courtyards) will be build with glass.
