Designed by Euphoria Interiors under principal designer Amanda D'Souza, the project balances dual functionality as both a cozy, liveable home and a durable, high-performing Airbnb short-term rental.
Inspired by subtle European and Parisian calm, the apartment moves away from maximalism in favor of a soft, soothing color palette featuring light peach, blush pink, warm neutrals, sage green, and gold accents. Operating under strict budget parameters and a no-structural-changes mandate, the design achieves an elevated aesthetic through detailed craftsmanship—such as classic wainscoting, decorative panel moulding, and botanical feature murals—rather than costly architectural alterations.

European-Inspired Palette: A harmonious blend of warm neutrals, soft blush, and muted sage green accented by polished gold hardware.
Cost-Effective Detailing: Detailed wall mouldings and wallpaper murals repeat across the living room, dining zone, and bedrooms to create consistency and architectural interest without removing walls.
Accessible & Tactile Furnishings: High-end appeal built through layout and texture, pairing accessible furniture with natural wood details on the interior walls and balcony flooring.
Rental-Ready Durability: Crafted to photograph exceptionally well for online listings while maintaining long-term resilience against guest turnover.
