Unlike traditional developments, this design draws inspiration from the iconic Palm Islands while adopting a unique approach. Instead of relying on land access, New Marina encourages a lifestyle cantered around water transport, boats, and marine mobility.
The essence of this design lies in the fusion of portable ports and floating docks, forming a distinctive complex in the open sea. Each unit, thoughtfully designed for independent use, carries an intriguing feature – the ability to interconnect, forming 'colonies.' These colonies can then unite into larger structures, fostering a sense of community on the water.
In the heart of the sea, residents experience the grandeur of marine surroundings while enjoying the luxury of a freshwater pool within the structures for recreational activities. This visionary project not only transforms the traditional notions of residential development but also emphasizes the integration of 'Design for Behaviour' principles.
