The Neighbor Villa is in a beautiful wilderness environment in Ramsar, Iran's northwestern province, with optimal environmental conditions.
The project's key obstacles include finding the ideal location for four villas (neighbors), developing a common space (shared area), and selecting the appropriate way to locate the building on the ground.
We made every effort to limit our impact on the environment. All of the trees on the lot coverage area will be relocated to the ground floor plan (Roof Garden), where there will be architectural interaction on the sea horizon and a unique perspective of the forest, with the least amount of soil displacement and environmental harm.
Exploring various aspects of architecture and acquiring a sense of freshness is a frequent experience in common places such as private courtyards and semi-open spaces with air circulation beneath suspended surfaces.
