COOOP is honoured to collaborate with the Government of Sindh in the development of Nawabshah Hospital, a landmark healthcare facility in Nawabshah, Pakistan. With a project cost of PKR 1,000 million, this state-of-the-art hospital project is poised to significantly enhance healthcare services in the region. The hospital, comprising 300 beds and a Maternal and Childcare Institute, will offer comprehensive medical services including outpatient departments, wards, emergency care, radiology and laboratories, operating theatres, doctor areas, and ancillary facilities.
Our services encompass a range of critical tasks to ensure the successful realization of this vital healthcare infrastructure. COOOP conducted thorough geotechnical investigations and topographic surveys to assess the site's suitability and inform subsequent design decisions. Our team also undertook master planning and architectural design, carefully considering functionality, patient flow, and aesthetic appeal.
In addition, COOOP provided structural and infrastructure design services, ensuring the hospital's resilience and sustainability. This included the preparation of comprehensive contract documents to facilitate smooth project execution. Throughout the construction phase, our team will provide diligent management and supervision, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
At the heart of our design approach lies a focus on behaviour-centric principles. We aim to create an environment that promotes healing, comfort, and efficiency for both patients and healthcare professionals. From thoughtful layout planning to the integration of natural light and green spaces, every aspect of Nawabshah Hospital is designed to enhance the well-being and experience of its users.
In summary, Nawabshah Hospital represents a significant milestone in healthcare infrastructure development in Pakistan. COOOP's expertise in engineering and design, coupled with our commitment to behaviour-centric principles, ensures that this project will not only meet but exceed the expectations of the Government of Sindh and the communities it serves.
