N69 Residents is a mixed-use complex in Lviv that combines housing, office space, and commercial infrastructure, aiming to transform Navrotskoho Street into a vibrant residential hub. Located in a former industrial area undergoing urban renewal, the project includes 7–10 story residential buildings on a commercial podium and a 15-story office tower. The architecture features contrasting façades with wood cladding and aluminum panels, panoramic glazing, and energy-efficient systems. With green roofs, underground parking, and a new pedestrian plaza, the complex plays a key role in revitalizing the district and creating a modern, livable urban environment.
