In the area where a detailed municipal spatial plan for multi-apartment construction has been adopted, four towers with three floors above the basement level are planned. It is an attractive location, the village of Smarje in the municipality of Koper, where there are not many buildings of this size. For this reason, the design of the buildings, the design of the roofs and the choice of materials were important as our architectural interpretation of the given space and the placement of the settlement in the surroundings. We designed modern, functional residential buildings that are subtly placed in the space. The buildings include public, semi-private and private open ambience with associated urban equipment and horticultural arrangement of the space.
There are also 4 sets of terraced houses lined up along the new street, a total of 16 units. All of them have basement floor, groundfloor and first floor.
The end result is a pleasant, modern neighborhood with a touch of quality coastal architecture, which will serve as an enrichment of the existing housing development.
