MOVA is conceived as a new urban address in Obarrio, a place where living is carefully woven into the city’s daily rhythm. Set on a 4,900 m² site and positioned within minutes of key destinations, the project anchors itself in connectivity while insisting on a more walkable, human-scale way of inhabiting the neighborhood.
The proposal brings together residential, curated retail, and hospitality-driven experiences, but its core idea is architectural: connection; between residents and neighbors, between the building and the street, and between private life and the public energy of Obarrio.
