The features are :
-The Way to solve the duality between business functions and administrative functions.
-Provide Appropriate urban solutions at both the masses of the expression of the facades on the fronts as diverse as the character of the main square in the west, the pedestrian boulevard Meuse (east) side , the new site to the north and the islet of listed houses to the south.
-Resolve the scale passage between the surrounding neighborhoods and the volumetric importance of the project related to the size of the program .
-Creating Footpaths through the buildings in the continuity of adjacent streets
