This ground-breaking Mixed -Use Tower (MUT) at Hellinikon is an ambitious undertaking of great scale and a future landmark in Athens. It is under design today, by lead architect Aedas and Aeter Architects as local architect.
MUT, a 150m high structure that will include hospitality services, branded residencies, and offices, will be part of the Hellinikon Commercial District. Upon its completion, will be one of the six high-rise buildings within the scope of the Hellinikon Project, as well as the first of its kind in Greece.
The tower, combining the highest sustainability standards, energy conservation strategies, and maximum views towards the sea and the Metropolitan Park, is envisioned to become an unprecedented icon for the Hellinikon Redevelopment and the Athens Riviera.
