As designer of the new Milton City Hall, Cooper Carry worked with the City of Milton to create a “workplace of the future.” In an effort to incorporate Milton’s rural heritage with modern design and functionality, Cooper Carry designed the 33,500-square-foot space to echo other “millennial-friendly” projects across metro Atlanta. The complex includes a standalone single-story building and ample greenspace for festivals and events. To fully encompass the past and present, the building is designed with reclaimed-looking accents, lofty ceilings, barn doors and more – making it feel more like a farmhouse than an intimidating city hall.
Not only did Cooper Carry provide full architectural design, but it also offered landscape and environmental design, workplace strategy and interior design services.
