Located in the Alto de Pinheiros neighborhood in São Paulo, the project includes 17 residential units ranging from 418m² to 655 m² and that enjoy the advantages of a house, with private gardens integrated into the social areas, terraces on the roofs and exclusive garage spaces with the security and convenience of a condominium.
The project was designed in a way to sectorize the different uses with a service area and access for cars through the basement, where the spaces for the houses are distributed and can be closed later, protecting the ground floor as an exclusive pedestrian access. The ground floor is configured as a boulevard marked by a green wall at the main entrances where the walkways are permeated by gardens distributed throughout the residences, ensuring the privacy of the residents. The generous openings of the units face the private gardens, which ensures the integration of the living and leisure areas and reinforces the feeling of home. The upper floors include the intimate areas composed of bedrooms and intimate rooms.
The setbacks imposed by the legislation were the starting point for the definition of the private gardens of the residences, making the organization of the accesses of the units take place inside the lot where the units are more closed and the open areas, balconies and private gardens distributed on the perimeter of the lot, leaving most of the houses with a view of the street. On the roofs, private terraces were designed for each unit, enabling a series of occupation options according to each resident's premise.
Exposed concrete, metal brise-soleils and glass are the predominant materials on the facades. The brise-soleils are an important feature of the project, as they give movement and dynamism to the facade, in addition to ensuring privacy to the environments according to each resident's desire.
