The Project to Alphaville Pelotas covers the common areas of the residential project such as the gatehouse entrances, support blocks and club.
Located on extremely flat land, the structural party explores the horizontality of the buildings in order to highlight them on the landscape.
The complex has two separated gatehouse entrances and distinct support blocks, but they share the same club. Independent wide parking lots are integrated into a large square, which connects to the camp house's lake, great structuring element of the whole set, and to the club.
Water becomes an important element of visual integration and separation on the two phases of the venture. This concept is also applied into the club project through the implementation of a large water mirror, present throughout all front part of the building, safeguarding the specific uses of this edification.
The access to the club happens through a walkway over the water, located on the building’s central axis.
The entrance hall is configured as a distribution point of the set, with control accesses and living areas.
The remainder of the program, divided into three distinct blocks, is clearly evidenced by extensive stone gables, which are beyond the building boundaries; as well they configure unique courtyards that preserve the diverse uses of the club.
The party room is turned to the front part of the building and covers a terrace delimited by the water mirror, as well as the spa and playroom. A bar area and "parrillera" serve the pools that are turned to the bottom of the land, along with the courts.
The choice of metal structure allowed a slimmer design that is subtly related to the stone gables. Each of the three blocks has a one end of metal covering, whose trim is directed to the central axis of the building, similar to the main circulation, which connects all the uses, and works as a great set’s gutter.
