Houston’s first transit-oriented development, Mid-Main is a two-block mixed-use development at the heart of the city’s up-and-coming entertainment district that includes the Continental Club, the Ensemble Theatre and the new MATCH. The design deconstructs the Texas wrap and builds on the concept of the garden apartment residences of Houston. With Mid-Main’s light rail stop right outside the door, the building will be 70% studios to address the financial needs and connected lifestyle of young professionals, a segment of the new demographics that will ride the rail.
