Situated in the heart of the Sandton CBD, Michelangelo Towers is a signature building on the Johannesburg skyline and a prime location for Johannesburg’s urban elite. The 35-storey building is one of the tallest buildings in Sandton (145m high) and the fifth tallest commercial building in South Africa. This multi-use development consists of office, retail and residential components.
The high-rise apartments of Manhattan were a significant influence on the design of the Michelangelo Towers apartments. Luxury apartments and penthouses offer tailor-made accommodation to their occupants, from leisure facilities to various interior configurations. The building features a classical aesthetic with arches, sandstone, and marble finishes. An elegant steel and glass dome gives the building a sense of luxury and grandeur. Contemporary details are incorporated through the use of modern finishes such as glass balustrades and aluminum framing to ensure relevance in the current market.
