Miami Bay Towers is a mixed-use development set to transform Miami’s skyline and waterfront experience. Located on the former Miami Herald site, the 22,890 m² parcel offers 240 meters of frontage along Biscayne Bay, connecting with landmarks such as the Pérez Art Museum Miami and the People Mover transit system. The architectural proposal envisions four sculptural towers with multifunctional podiums, conceived as polyhedral volumes that optimize views, natural light, and cross-ventilation, responding to the subtropical climate. The program integrates a variety of residential typologies, a 300-room hotel, as well as commercial, recreational, and wellness spaces. At the urban level, it activates the waterfront with a public promenade and landscaped pier, establishing a new destination that harmonizes architecture, nature, and urban life.
