This proposal comes from the idea of innovating the typical office buildings, thus disappearing the longitudinal reference of the floors from the façade to achieve a complete treatment of the front.
The discontinuous horizontal strips made of black glass and its thinner complements erase the codes defining the levels and create a futurist expression based on black and white as if it were a building extracted from a Wells’ novel to our times and creating a dystopic condition. This central treatment of the building skin is framed with a perimeter case built with aluminum grill. This fact offers the necessary separation of the neighboring buildings to display the plastic composition. In the first floor, the illumination dramatizes the entrance space to enhance each of its components.
