A bar/restaurant situated on the island of Schinoussa, Greece. Overlooking the sea, the project comprises a bar, boutiques, a restaurant with a show kitchen, and rooms for overnight stays. The style is distinctly Greek with an Italian glam touch in colors and materials. The Bar area is the first environment encountered upon entering, characterized by large, organically shaped wooden umbrellas of varying sizes that cover the entire outdoor space. The bar counter itself also has an organic form, serving as the central hub dividing the bar area from the restaurant. As this space is only experienced in the evening, there was no need for additional coverings; only the leaves of the trees and the stars are visible.
Spacious, rounded white plaster benches adorned with custom cushions welcome tables featuring various shades of green and white marbles, perfectly harmonizing with the lush vegetation surrounding each table, defining its boundaries.
A VIP area is positioned at the center of the space, consisting of two large tables directly connected to the show kitchen. Acting as connectors between the bar and the restaurant are three boutiques offering men's and women's clothing, along with a gastronomic shop showcasing the island's specialties. Moving further into the interior, the rooms are divided over two levels, each equipped with private terraces, 2 studios with a garden and private terrace.
