This project in the beachside suburb of Merewether, (Newcastle, NSW Australia) was on a newly formed suburban block, that runs approximately East West.
The houses area arranged with carparking and entry at level 1, Living, Kitchen Dining and Bed 1 at level 2 and then additional sleeping areas on the top floor
Roof water is collected in tanks for re-use on site. Birch ply plywood is used extensively both as a joinery material. Lighting throughout is LED low energy. Flooring is clear finished concrete.
