This 800-square-foot, four-bedroom residence redefines the boundaries of compact luxury by seamlessly merging an indoor biophilic oasis with a highly functional residential layout. The architectural core revolves around a striking subterranean-style indoor pool, which functions simultaneously as a recreational center, a visual focal point, and a cooling thermal mass for the microclimate of the home. By utilizing open-plan spatial programming, the main living area flows directly into the water feature via sunken seating platforms. This layout eliminates traditional corridors to maximize every inch of the limited footprint. Vertical circulation is cleverly integrated through floating cantilevered timber stairs that ascend alongside a ribbed blue feature wall, preserving sightlines and maintaining an airy, unencumbered sense of volume.The material palette balances raw architectural elements with warm, organic textures to create a sophisticated yet inviting sanctuary.
