The administrative project of Mehregan Sanat Ab, with gross built area of 3130 square meters, is located on a aite with an area of 500 square meters on Koosha Street, Mirdamad Boulevard. The office building, which is owned by a company that specializes in designing and consulting equipment for quality and quantitative water parameters, includes nine floors, three of which are dedicated to parking.
In designing the facade of this project, considering the orientation of the facade facing south and placing of the office spaces, light control, shading on the façade and associating the administrative identity of the complex in the facade, have been one of the main design ideas. Therefore, according to the location of the column in the facade and the location of the communication box, the middle part of the facade was defined as a fully illuminated space so that the light could be directed to the depth of the plan.
Functional flexibility was achieved by an open plan, independent of fixed walls, so that if necessary, with the relocation of cupboards and partitions, it is possible to change the dimensions and relocate the spaces.
