MECANO was the name of the former factory specialized in manufacturing tools for a high level of precision. Created in 1912, the activity was at its peak of production in the early seventies, but, due to an economical crisis, had to shut down its operations in 1978. Built on the american example of the daylight factory the construction offers geometrical volumes which allow a rationalized occupation of the surfaces.
