The village of Arzier on the hills of the Geneva lake, sees its population increasing constantly since the last ten years causing a very high demand for new dwellings.

It is in this context that this housing scheme of 8 semi detached houses grouped by 2 was conceived.

Facing south, they benefit from a magnificent panorama view on the lake and the mountains. The plan is developed on three stories offering 3 sleeping rooms on the top floor and a vast living room on the ground floor.

The wood cladding is treated in a contemporary way and the south facade being set back offers more privacy to the inhabitants.

Thanks to the prefabrication in a workshop, the length of the construction was significantly reduced.
